The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily provide to us during the checkout process. These details are necessary to process your transaction and are transmitted securely to our payment processor to fulfill your order. We do not store payment information on our servers.

For the functionality of related services, like Tailscale, while we do not collect email addresses, they may be visible to us when you join, use or share such services for the purpose of facilitating the integration with TeslaBox. We do not use these email addresses for marketing or any purpose other than to provide the Service to you.

We do not store, collect, or transmit any footage or videos from your TeslaBox. Your videos are stored locally on your device, and backup (if enabled) is managed by you. Additionally, for the purpose of upgrades and maintenance of the TeslaBox software, we may access the TeslaBox remotely with your consent; however, we do not actively view, backup or store your videos during this process.

We do not use, transmit or share any of your TeslaMate data (if you have chosen to install it) and/or data from any 3rd party software installed on TeslaBox. Your data is stored locally on your device, and backup (if enabled) is managed by you. We are not responsible to upgrade or support software other than TeslaBox, but for any maintenance of the TeslaBox software, we may access this Software remotely; however, we do not actively view, backup or transmit your data during this process.

The information we collect is used to:
